About Fox Society
Professional international admissions guidance, lighting the way to top universities
Our Story
Fox Society takes its name from a fable by the ancient Greek poet Archilochus: the fox knows many things, but the hedgehog knows one big thing.
We encourage students to be like the fox: stay curious, explore widely and think flexibly. This way of thinking is the essence of a liberal arts education.
"The fox knows many things, while the hedgehog knows one big thing. But the fox's many-sided wisdom lets it adapt to a complex, ever-changing world."
Since our founding in 2020, we have helped more than 200 students gain admission to the world's top universities, including Yale, Harvard, Oxford and Cambridge.
Yale President's Address
From the 2017 address to incoming freshmen, encouraging students to be more like the fox: to learn different ideas and consider different perspectives.
